How to help

Volunteers are key to the success of Replicant. This is a community effort — we do not have the support of corporations behind us and so it depends on you to make things happen.

Read below to learn more about how you can help. Once you find something that interests you, contact us!

  • Spread the word about Replicant, on the Internet, via social networks like identi.ca, or directly to whoever could be interested
  • Install Replicant, test it and report bugs on our tracker
  • Submit Android libre applications for inclusion in our FDroid repository
  • Write documentation and howtos for Replicant
  • Write a replacement for proprietary blobs used in many Android devices: (e.g. camera driver in the Nexus One)
  • Help us supporting new devices (e.g. tablets, recent phones, etc)

    Hi, i’m a motorola milestone owner.
    In a few days I’ll get the new one (milestone2 a.k.a. droid2 in USA)
    Do you think it’ll be included in your roadmap?
